However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the design/print is flawed (such as peeling, cracking, or misprinting), we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
